why lighting? 〰️
Twiz Creative chose to focus our talents on the lighting industry because it combines all things that excite us - art and design, tech and science, and the human condition.
Twiz Creative is on a mission to change the way the world sees, sells, and experiences lighting. How will we do this?
Through helping our clients develop authentic branding and an engaged social and online presence.
The work that we’ve done has already revolutionized the lighting industry’s social presence and we don’t plan to stop there.

Creative Director
Tiffany Wisnieski is the founder of Twiz Creative, a brand and marketing agency that helps lighting professionals build a social presence, connect with the design community, ease the sales process, and make their mark on the industry.
Tiffany’s passion for lighting surfaced after working with a manufacturer’s representative agency and the IES Detroit Section.
Before founding Twiz Creative, Tiffany worked with brands like Chevrolet, Cadillac, USAA, The Navy, Onstar, Travelocity, and the Detroit Lions. She also spent several semesters teaching in the Advertising Design department at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI.
As the principal of a women owned business, Tiffany served as the President of the Business Women’s Network of Royal Oak for 2 years where she helped to create inclusive communities for women building the business of their dreams.
When she's not building social content strategies or designing killer brands, she's planning networking events, painting portraits, or wandering through the woods with her dog, Riley.

Marketing Director
With a 12 year background in healthcare, Erika devoted those years serving as an occupational therapy assistant, contributing to the well-being of others.
In a pivot to transition out of the hospital setting, Erika immersed herself in a local chiropractic office where she not only spearheaded the development of a functional neurology program but also took charge with the management of the office and social media presence.
She also organized and led industry events prioritizing business development by networking with the community.
Erika was on a mission to seek a balanced outlet for her creative and analytical inclinations. With her interest in understanding others, she found a love for social analytics and strategy. She took the leap into marketing full time and never looked back.
When she’s not shooting client content or reviewing analytics, you can find her lovin' on her cats Balou and Figaro or rock climbing 🧗♂️
